Great Philly sandwiches but not the best ambiance. Service was a little slow but the food was great. Maybe avoid going during peak lunch times.

Mostly I like to come there for their french dip sandwiches.

Comfort food in a comfy place.

I used to love this place. Now it just seems run down, over priced and dry! Not to mention every single time I have carried out, they forget some component of the meal. This trip was my last trip for this location. ✌

Always good food. Staff was super nice and told us about their kids eat for only 99¢ days.

I dont personally eat here but times ive come in here to pick up orders for door dash, usually everyone handling food is wearing gloves. Not today theres a young hispanic boy handling food, scooping sauces, sticking his finger into the food without wearing gloves. I wouldnt eat here if my life depended on it. Not with this covid 19 going on he even handled customers money not washing his hands in between.

I have tried a chicken sandwhich, the zephyr, and a veggie Sandwhich. They were all good! My son loves the cheesy-bacon fries.

The food is sooooo good! They have great people who remember you. It really makes a difference when you feel welcomed and remember. The food always tastes fresh and yummy! I would recommend this place. Kind of funky to get to but definitely worth it!

Great cheesesteak sandwiches in KC. I hadn't been here in years. Still as good as it was in the 90's!

If you love Philly's, this is the place! Really great alwayd hot juicy and fresh. A tiny bit over priced but for the quality you can't complain.

Great food, they treat their door dashes well. My girl friend left her purse in the bathroom. We called and they put her purse behind the counter for us. When we went to pick it up 2 hours later everything was Still there! A+would recommend

Disappointing to say the least. The many good reviews made me excited to try it, but the philly (Rock Island) wasn't that great and the fries were inconsistent and cold. I ordered online and asked for it to be ready at a certain time. When I got there about 5 minutes early, it was already done which was a concern. My concerns were confirmed with the sandwich and fries (both were lukewarm, fries even cold) definitely having been prepared way ahead of my pickup time. Why even let me choose if it's going to sit the whole time anyway? It's overpriced and I won't go back.

Thank goodness they're open during the crazy time. Service was incredibly great. Everything extremely sanitized and safe. Food was soooo dang good. Philly's were better than ever and the chicken strips were perfect. A+++++ 100% all around!!!

The Philly cheese has been a favorite of my husband. I'm not a fan of this kind of sandwich so tried their cheeseburger. So pleasantly surprised. Great BIG burger, fresh with grilled bun. Much better than burger places.

Ordered a philly sub through doordash. I placed my order correctly. I received the wrong sandwich. I attempted to go up to the store and get a replacement sandwich where I was told my sandwich was made correctly... Even though they couldnt even see the sandwich. I was refused to get a replacement for a sandwich that I already bought.I will not return to this location due to poor management.

Was not good. Hamburger was dry no sauces and nachos was just terrible, i couldn't even eat it. Maybe it was just a bad night.

I think these are the best steak sandwiches in KC.

Great food friendly staff best Fillion town

I have eaten there many times and this was the worst experience I have had. The sandwich did not taste good, so bad the I could not even eat the sandwich. In addition one of the sandwiches was to be in a wrap and was not. Onion rings were under cooked. I do not know what happened but will be some time before I return.

Good food and they now have shields in place at the counter as well as the employees wearing masks. Great job

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Always consistent! The ladies that work there are so friendly and amazing. The food is delicious and juicy. The condiment bar is always fresh! No disappointments here! From the food to the service it's always exceptional. I have tried another location and they don't even begin to compare! Thank you ladies for being so kind, professional and dedicated to what you do daily to provide the public with great food and great service.

Decent food. Got the fireball. Wasn’t hot at all, no jalepenos or hot sauce that I could taste. Idk if I got the wrong order but ya pepper Jax Is way better than here

Made to order, if with your family, prepare to get your meals at separate times. Only one cook and she is fantastic. Place is clean, kid working the counter must be new and in training. Timing issues for sure, the food is worth the process. Great fries and cheese steaks. Come give them a try! Couple of old school video games in the back. Little trains everywhere.

Yum!! Probably one of the best Philly cheestesks, if not the best. Cheese fries were a hair spicy, but I can't handle ANY kind of spice. Over all really good!!

Was a bit worried when I pulled up at lunch this time and the parking lot was pretty full (work 10-15 mins away and only get an hour for lunch) but even with a line it was super quick getting food. They know how to handle the lunch rush no problem. Food was excellent as it always is. Don't make it often enough but always worth it when I do.

This place has the best Phillys in the area.

The cheesesteak sandwich was really good, good mix of ingredients. Got some onion rings, there were only 5 rings but each one was about the size of the spare tires that come with most cars now. No complaints at all.

So yummy... It was very hot in the establishment though. I felt sorry for the workers.

Today I found a little bit of Philly in Kansas. I had the Pennsylvania. I got it without onions, just personal preference. The bread was perfectly soft, and the meat was well seasoned. I would totally recommend this to my friends from Philly. The staff was very inviting and Isabella answered all my questions. Thank you.

1st time eating here...OMG it was sooooo good. A bit expensive but well worth the money! Well portioned, not dry tasting! (Which I worried about) very very delicious food. I'll definitely be back again!

Love everything I've tried so far - it is a great fast place for a hot lunch. For EV drivers, there is also a set of charging stations in the shopping center's parking lot. That adds an extra perk to all the businesses at this location.
